How a coin gets listed
The program refuses to list a coin unless:
- Its pool is on PumpSwap or Raydium CPMM, and for PumpSwap it's the coin's canonical pool.
- The pool is quoted in SOL.
- The coin has no transfer tax.
- Cliff has recorded at least 10 minutes of price history for it, so the TWAP is real.
On top of that, ops only lists coins whose pool is deep enough for a useful cap. That part is a team choice, not a program rule: a thin pool would simply get a small cap.
